Each year, the Community Foundation distributes a list of current, tangible needs of eligible nonprofits to interested donors. Examples may include a garage door replacement, materials for a theatre production set, HVAC maintenance, paint and labor, windows and installation, technology training, new phones, conference room chairs, etc. If you are eligible and wish to submit a need for the list, please complete the form below. Submissions received prior to October 13, 2019 will be listed online and promoted to potential donors throughout the holiday season.
- We are a nonprofit organization with 501(c)(3) tax exempt status OR under current agreement with the Community Foundation for fiscal sponsorship
- Our organization is located in Grand Forks County or Polk County and provides services, projects, or programs that directly benefit residents of one or both of these regions
- Our organization has a specific need to include in the list, not just a request for umbrella funding, operating support, or campaign donations
